A new bulk download application is now available to help facilitate downloads from the USGS EROS archive. An upcoming webinar will step through the application and highlight changes and best practices.

Released in late 2022, the USGS Bulk Download Web Application (BDWA) functions natively within web browsers to efficiently download USGS data accessible from various tools, like EarthExplorer (EE).

On April 18, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. CDT (UTC/GMT-6), USGS EROS User Services staff will host a webinar to review the components of the BDWA and will demonstrate how to use the BDWA to download Landsat data. They will cover basic uses of the BDWA, as well as more advanced features, that include exporting a scene list from EE as a CSV file and then importing the list directly to the BDWA.

Register for the Bulk Download Web Application Webinar

Once you’ve registered for the webinar, either click “Add to Calendar” on the confirmation page or check your email, and possibly your spam folder, for a follow up email from Teams to save the webinar to your calendar.
