Detailed Description
A plot of peak streamflow by water year at the Ottauquechee River near West Bridgewater, VT (01150900) stream gage (shown in the main photo, to the right). A water year is a 12-month period from October 1st, for any given year, through September 30th, of the following year. The water year is designated by the calendar year in which it ends. The outlying point is the peak associated with the Tropical Storm Irene event.
