Brazil dam collapse

The catastrophic collapse of a dam holding wastewater from an iron ore mine in southeastern Brazil killed more than 90 people on January 25, 2019 and left hundreds more missing. Five days later, evidence of the mud’s destructive path is apparent in Landsat imagery.
