Detailed Description
Cameron Ensor (pictured) and Nickolas Grim of the Pennsylvania Water Science Center cut through 7+ inch thick ice in order to make a discharge measurement at 01571184 Mountain Creek near Pine Grove Furnace, Pennsylvania on January 3, 2018.
