Landsat 8 Collection 2 Surface Reflectance Aerosol Trailing Artifact

In these Landsat 8 Collection 2 Surface Reflectance natural color images, a trailing artifact caused by failed aerosol retrievals can be seen. Left: Landsat 8 Path 38 Row 38, acquired July 28, 2019 (Gulf of California, extended from land pixels to water pixels); Right: Landsat 8 Path 16 Row 38, acquired June 2, 2020 (Georgia coast, extended from cloud pixels to water pixels).  Gaussian stretch is used to highlight the dark trail artifacts in these images.
