Vicki Anderson, project administrator for the Landsat Mural Society, left, and Ann Thompson, Landsat mural artist, converse during the dedication of a Landsat mural in Lompoc, CA on Sept. 26, 2021. The mural was dedicated the day before the launch of Landsat 9 from nearby Vandenberg Space Force Base.
