They are filled with larval nematodes (arrowhead). The overlying epidermis is hyperplastic (arrow). H&E stain. (B) An infiltrate (asterisk) composed of eosinophils, fewer lymphocytes and plasma cells, and fibroblasts surround a degenerate nematode. H&E stain.
