Map showing the Lower Rio Grande Valley (LRGV) study area in dark gray which encompasses Cameron, Hidalgo, Starr, and Willacy counties. In light gray are the 100 km radius coverage area of weather surveillance radars (WSR), one of the remote sensing technologies that will be used to collect information about bird migration in the study area, with station names (BRO: Brownsville, TX; CRP: Corpus Christi, TX; DFX: Laughlin, TX).
