Detailed Description

With recent warm weather ice is starting to break loose in New England. Hydrologic Technicians Todd Campbell and Max Hankard captured a video of the breakup at the Connecticut River in West Lebanon New Hampshire. Shortly after this video was taken an ice jam started to form just downstream. A picture of the gage height hydrograph is in the comments. You can see the stage rose 11 feet quickly due to the jam.​​​​​​
