02:30 HST: F8 flow has left hwy 132 in the vicinity of Noni Farms road and is following a steepest line of descent that would take it to Four Corners. Recent advance rates are about 200 yards/hour. F8 fountains remain strong.

12:20 AM HST: A fast-moving lava flow is traveling down hwy 132 and is currently near the intersection of Noni Farms road. It advanced ~800 yards over 80 minutes. The flow is fed by continued strong fountaining from Fissure 8.

Lava flows are advancing along highway 132 from Fissure 8 (near Noni Farms road) and toward coast from Fissure 18 (~0.75 miles from highway 137). Summit seismicity is elevated with several felt earthquakes in the last few hours.

A lava flow from Fissure 8 began advancing rapidly to the northeast from near Kahukai road before 4 AM HST. It crossed Pohoiki Road at 5 AM HST and is moving along the northern margin of an older flow toward the PGV access road.

Lava from Sunday night's Fissure 8 outbreak is about 50 m from crossing Pohoiki Road. High rates of earthquakes are occurring at the summit as deflation there continues.

At about 7 PM HST, a fast-moving flow broke from F7/8 and advanced north through Leilani Estates. It reached Kahukai Street at its intersection with Hookupu at about 11 PM HST.

Field crew reports that the lava flow fed by Fissure 21 continues a slow advance eastward on PGV property, but has not moved significantly closer to Kapoho Rd. Fountain heights at Fissure 21 have declined overnight.

Fissure 7 activity has increased overnight, producing a large spatter rampart over 100 feet tall from fountains reaching 150-200 feet into the night sky. The fountains feed a perched p?hoehoe flow 20-40 feet thick.
