USGS Small Business Outreach Events and Activities
U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE), Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) and Small Business Outreach Event
The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) is sponsoring an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE), Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) and Small Business Outreach Event to engage the vendor/industry partner community. This FREE event will be held Wednesday, February 15, 2023 from 9AM – 4PM Eastern. Check-in and registration will begin at 8AM.
The event will be held virtually and in-person at the USGS National Center Dallas L. Peck Auditorium.
Information on visiting the USGS National Center (parking, security protocols, identification requirements, etc.) can be found at Visitor Information | U.S. Geological Survey (usgs.gov). Upon entering the National Center Visitor Entrance, please follow the signs to the Dallas L. Peck Auditorium.
A draft agenda for the event will be posted as soon as possible at the USGS Small Business Program Website.
Representatives scheduled to attend include the Department of the Interior, Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (DOI OSDBU), USGS Office of Acquisition and Grants (OAG), USGS Program Managers, DOI Bureau Headquarters Small Business Specialists and USGS Contracting Specialists/Officers. Presentations and contract updates on open and future acquisition opportunities will be provided. There will also be a Networking and Q&A Event providing the opportunity for Small Businesses to meet and discuss capabilities, opportunities, etc. with various representatives from DOI bureaus and network among themselves for subcontracting and teaming opportunities.
Please register for this event with an email to gs_smallbusiness@usgs.gov. This email should include the attendee’s name and company (limit of 2). Due to space limitations, registration for in-person attendance is limited to the first 200 individuals responding to this announcement. There is no limit to the number of individuals who can register to attend virtually. A meeting invite with the link to attend online will be provided to those who register.
