Digital Shoreline Analysis System version 6.2

October 2, 2026

The Digital Shoreline Analysis System (DSAS) version 6.2 is a standalone desktop application designed to calculate shoreline or boundary change over time. Users import a reference baseline and a set of shoreline positions in Shapefile or GeoJSON format. DSAS then generates measurement transects, which it uses to create shoreline intersection points and compute rate‑of‑change statistics, including associated uncertainty values.
