Aaron A Fiaschetti

Aaron has more than 15 years of experience working on water quality and quantity issues in Montana. As a USGS Hydrologist, Aaron serves as the Boundary Water Specialist at the Wyoming-Montana Water Science Center. In this position Aaron focuses on the apportionment of water between the US and Canada in the Milk, St. Mary and Poplar River Basins.

Aaron started his career in the private sector as a hydrogeologist for a small environmental consulting firm in Bozeman, working on contaminated soil and groundwater in southwestern and eastern Montana.  After several years in the private sector, he took a position as a hydrologist with the Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC) in Helena.  As a hydrologist with the DNRC, Aaron worked primarily on water supply issues on the Rocky Mountain Front. He also served as Treasurer, Vice-President and El Presidente of the Montana Section of the American Water Resources Association.
