Aaron A Fiaschetti

Biography

Aaron has more than 15 years of experience working on water quality and quantity issues in Montana.  Aaron started his career in the private sector as a hydrogeologist for a small environmental consulting firm in Bozeman, working on contaminated soil and groundwater in southwestern and eastern Montana.  After several years in the private sector, he took a position as a hydrologist with the Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC) in Helena.  As a hydrologist with the DNRC, Aaron worked primarily on water supply issues on the Rocky Mountain Front. He also served as Treasurer, Vice-President and El Presidente of the Montana Section of the American Water Resources Association. As a USGS Hydrologist, Aaron serves as the Boundary Water Specialist and Data Management Section Chief at the Wyoming-Montana Water Science Center. In this position Aaron focuses on the apportionment of water between the US and Canada in the Milk and St. Mary River Basins.
