Bethany Powhida
Bethany is a Hydrologic Technician with the USGS Colorado Water Science Center (COWSC), Southeast Colorado Field Office, in Pueblo, CO.
Bethany began her career with the USGS in 2022 when she joined the COWSC Pueblo Office. Her work focuses on discrete water quality sampling and continuous water quality monitoring. Prior to joining the USGS, Bethany spent several seasons working on resource management related projects with the National Park Service at various locations along the East Coast.
