Brandon P Waters

Brandon is a multidisciplinary Hydrologic Technician with expertise in the fields of surface water, groundwater and water quality. He began his career with the USGS New Mexico Water Science Center in 2016 as a student trainee. Brandon graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science in 2018 from the University of New Mexico and accepted a Hydrologic Technician position in the Roswell, NM field office. Since accepting his current position within the Colorado Water Science Center, he has become an integral part of the Lakewood Field Office, leading Water Quality discrete sampling trips, installing and maintaining real-time water quality monitors in the Upper Colorado River Basin per NGWOS, and operates a number of real-time surface water gages within the Front Range.
