Charles F Wahl
Charles Wahl is an Ecologist with the USGS Colorado Water Science Center in Lakewood, CO.
My research focus is to understand processes that structure populations and communities in freshwater habitats with an emphasis on the role of anthropogenic disturbance. A primary goal of my investigations is to provide robust science-based knowledge that can be applied to manage, restore, and conserve natural resources. I predominantly study macroinvertebrate and fish taxa, but am also interested in freshwater macrophytes, aquatic invasive species, and the physicochemical parameters of aquatic ecosystems.
