Dominique (Niki) R. McGuire
Niki is an Administrative Operations Assistant with the Geology, Minerals, Energy, and Geophysics Science Center. She received a B.A. in Business Administration, for Management and Prof. Accounting in 2015, from Eastern Washington University. She joined the USGS in 2016 and devotes her career to providing numerous varieties of administrative support to Scientists, Emeriti, and Science personnel.
Niki was brought into USGS in 2016 as a student intern from Eastern Washington University through a Disabled Veteran, Non Paid Work Experience program. She gained employment and is currently working for Geology, Minerals, Energy, and Geophysics Science Center in the Spokane, WA office as an Administrative Operations Assistant.
While performing many duties in the administrative field, her education electives were focused in Human Resources and she obtained a minor in Management Information Systems which has allowed her to also assist GMEGSC in an IT/support capacity, with her administrative duties. She currently maintains the GMEGSC Intranet site and is a content manager for the Internet site as well.
