Isabella Caltabiano Ullerick
Isabella Caltabiano Ullerick is the Chief of Staff of the National Climate Adaptation Science Center.
Isabella Caltabiano Ullerick is the Chief of Staff of the National Climate Adaptation Science Center. In this role, Isabella supports leadership in the management and coordination of network activities in support of programmatic goals. Isabella is also the U.S. Focal Point for the Intergovernmental Platform on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services and co-coordinator of the USGCRP Working Group on National Security.
Isabella holds a master’s degree in Environmental Studies and bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of Southern California. Isabella joined USGS as a Presidential Management Fellow, where she served as Senior Aide to the Chief of the National CASC and worked to identify, implement, and manage priorities for CASC Senior Administrator Doug Beard. As a fellow, Isabella also spent several months on detail at the Department of Defense Office of Arctic and Global Resilience.
