Robert Stamm
Robert Stamm is a Geologist at the Florence Bascom Geoscience Center.

- Manager conodont microfossil processing lab, 1990-2004.
- Manager scanning electron microscope (SEM) and x-ray diffaction (XRD) lab, 1990-2004.
Initiated work at the USGS as a physical science technician (PST) supporting the collection, processing, and identification of conodont microfossil samples for stratigraphic, biostratigraphic, and thermal maturity (conodont color alteration index; CAI) studies of Paleozoic-Mesozoic age strata in the U.S. Principle interest and concentration of work is concerned with the stratigraphic and conodont biostratigraphic framework of Late Devonian, Carboniferous, and Early Permian age strata. From 1995-2004 I participated in field and laboratory work supporting ecosystem restoration studies of Florida Bay and Biscayne Bay. Since 2004 Robert has been working as a geologist in the Special Geologic Studies Group (SGSG; former Branch of Military Geology) in support of world-wide DoD missions.
