Sharon is a Supervisory Biological Science Technician at Eastern Ecological Science Center located at Patuxent Research Refuge. Prior to working at EESC, she was Senior Keeper of Birds at The Maryland Zoo. As a Bio Tech at EESC, Sharon was a lead technician with the Louisiana Whooping Crane Project, assisted with the Whooping Crane Eastern Partnership, and is currently managing the Animal Care Technicians.
