Quarterly Mortality Reports

Science Center Objects

The National Wildlife Health Center produces quarterly wildlife mortality reports, containing information about wildlife mortality events throughout the United States and on occasion across North America.

Information and data in these reports are gathered by the NWHC Epidemiology Team from collaborations across the country, at the federal, state, and local levels. Wildlife morbidity and mortality data can be accessed from the Wildlife Health Information Sharing Partnership - event reporting system (WHISPers) website. WHISPers has tools designed to query, map, sort, and download event data.
