Opening the Aperture to Innovation: Expanding Our Collective Understanding of a Changing Earth
The 22nd William T. Pecora Memorial Remote Sensing Symposium (Pecora 22) convenes in Denver, Colorado from October 23 – 28, 2022. This year’s theme is Opening the Aperture to Innovation: Expanding Our Collective Understanding of a Changing Earth. The Pecora 22 symposium also commemorates 50 years of Landsat Earth observations.
Global monitoring involves integration and analysis of archival and contemporary remotely sensed imagery. The Landsat Program’s 50 years of Earth observations allows for an enduring legacy of spatial and temporal discoveries and innovations. It also welcomes the synthesis and cooperation of sensors that are modelled in its image leading to further innovation and understanding of our changing planet.
The Pecora 22 Conference is organized around four session themes:
The Pecora 22 Technical Program Committee is accepting proposals for conference sessions and abstracts through March 15, 2022.
