Andrew Stevens works in the rain, collecting differential global positioning system (GPS) data for documenting the elevation and location of tsunami sediment deposits and mapping the onshore topography at Fagafue Bay on the north coast of Tutuila, American Samoa. USGS collected such data following the September 29, 2009 earthquake and tsunami near the Samoa Islands.
