Detailed Description

Healthy release of a 1.3 m tagged Yellowfin Tuna after capture for tagging for the Palmyra Blue Water project. The capture, tagging and release time is usually less than 5 minutes. While on deck the tuna is irrigated with saltwater, eyes gently covered with a soft towel to calm the fish, tag inserted near the dorsal fin and then quickly prepared for release.
