2018 Embarrass River Microsporidia 2018 Embarrass River Microsporidia
During an epidemiologic survey following a mortality event of freshwater mussels in 2018 in the Embarrass River, Wisconsin, USA, we identified a novel microsporidian parasite in the ovary of mucket (Actinonaias ligamentina), plain pocketbook (Lampsilis cardium), and fatmucket (Lampsilis siliquoidea) (Unioinidae). Histopathology showed round-to-oval microsporidial spores in the cytoplasm...

Modeled habitat suitability for five rare plants (Aliciella formosa, Sclerocactus cloverae, Townsendia gypsophila, Astragalus ripleyi, and Cymopterus spellenbergii) in New Mexico Modeled habitat suitability for five rare plants (Aliciella formosa, Sclerocactus cloverae, Townsendia gypsophila, Astragalus ripleyi, and Cymopterus spellenbergii) in New Mexico
This data bundle contains the final outputs from a VisTrails/SAHM workflow to model the potential distribution of 5 rare plants (Aliciella formosa, Sclerocactus cloverae, Townsendia gypsophila, Astragalus ripleyi, and Cymopterus spellenbergii) in northern New Mexico. These models utilized field data of spatially thinned occurrence locations and random background locations or random plus...
Enhanced Terrain Imagery of the Cumberland 30 x 60 Minute Quadrangle from Lidar-Derived Elevation Models at 3-Meter Resolution Enhanced Terrain Imagery of the Cumberland 30 x 60 Minute Quadrangle from Lidar-Derived Elevation Models at 3-Meter Resolution
This imagery dataset consists of 3-meter resolution, lidar-derived imagery of the Cumberland 30 x 60 minute quadrangle in Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Maryland. The source data used to construct this imagery consists of 1-meter lidar-derived digital elevation models (DEMs). The lidar source data were compiled from different acquisitions published between 2019 and 2023. The data were...
Riverine carbon form and flow data from a temperate forested watershed in Southeast Alaska (2021) Riverine carbon form and flow data from a temperate forested watershed in Southeast Alaska (2021)
Data from high frequency sampling of multiple carbon forms were collected in a predominately rain-fed watershed in Southeast Alaska during the main run-off season (May-October 2021). The dataset includes dissolved organic carbon, particulate organic carbon, coarse particulate organic carbon, and invertebrate biomass carbon point samples and daily stream flow. The objective of this study...
