Data Releases
The data collected and the techniques used by USGS scientists should conform to or reference national and international standards and protocols if they exist and when they are relevant and appropriate. For datasets of a given type, and if national or international metadata standards exist, the data are indexed with metadata that facilitates access and integration.

U-Pb ages of detrital zircons in Paleogene strata of the Gulf Coast U-Pb ages of detrital zircons in Paleogene strata of the Gulf Coast
This data release contains 60 detrital zircon age spectra, based on U and Pb isotope ratio measurements for 9399 single grains. The samples are from Paleogene strata of the U.S. Gulf Coast. Of the 9399 single grain measurements, we recommend that 8640 yield ages that are suitable for construction of detrital zircon age spectra. Comments tagged to individual grains explain the reasoning...
Shorelines Derived From Continuous Video-Imagery at the NASA-Kennedy Space Center, Florida From August 2011 to July 2012 Shorelines Derived From Continuous Video-Imagery at the NASA-Kennedy Space Center, Florida From August 2011 to July 2012
In 2010, a video camera was installed near the northern boundary of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration-Kennedy Space Center (NASA-KSC) property along the Atlantic coast of Florida. A region extending 1 kilometer (km) to the south of the camera was established as the region of interest for the video image observations. During every daylight hour of camera operation from...

Annual actual evapotranspiration (ETa) rates in 55 basins in Florida and parts of Alabama and Georgia were evaluated for 2000–17 using the Operational Simplified Surface Energy Balance (SSEBop) model at about a one-square kilometer resolution (Sepúlveda, 2021). SSEBop ETa rates were bias corrected on the basis of ETa rates computed from weather observations at 24 micrometeorological
Enhanced Terrain Imagery of the Neversink River Watershed from Lidar-Derived Elevation Models at 1-Meter Resolution Enhanced Terrain Imagery of the Neversink River Watershed from Lidar-Derived Elevation Models at 1-Meter Resolution
This imagery dataset consists of 1-meter resolution, lidar-derived imagery of the Neversink Basin area in New York and covers part of the Delaware River Basin. The footprint of this dataset covers USGS Hydrologic Unit Code (HUC) areas HUC 12-020401040301, HUC 12-020401040302, and part of HUC 12-020401040303. The source data used to construct this imagery consists of 1-meter and 2-meter...
Results of peak-flow frequency analysis and regionalization for selected streamgages in or near Maine, based on data through water year 2019 Results of peak-flow frequency analysis and regionalization for selected streamgages in or near Maine, based on data through water year 2019
The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) recently completed a report documenting methods for peak-flow frequency analysis following implementation of the Bulletin 17C guidelines (https://doi.org/10.3133/tm4B5). The methods provide estimates of peak-flow quantiles for 50-, 20-, 10-, 4-, 2-, 1-, 0.5-, and 0.2-percent annual exceedance probabilities (AEPs) for selected streamgages operated by the...
Data Sets for Simulation of Migration of Injected Wastewater with High Levels of Ammonia in a Saline Aquifer in South Florida, using SEAWAT v 4 Data Sets for Simulation of Migration of Injected Wastewater with High Levels of Ammonia in a Saline Aquifer in South Florida, using SEAWAT v 4
This data set provides the SEAWAT - version 4 model input files used to simulate the transport of the injected fresh wastewater with high levels of ammonia in a saline aquifer in south Florida, from January 1983 to December 2013. Initial conditions for January 1983 are calculated in subdirectory \model\unigrid_link where steady-state conditions are assumed. Files needed to simulate...
