Jacob “Jake” Faulkner
Jake is a Fish Biologist at the Columbia Environmental Research Center
Jacob “Jake” Faulkner is currently a fish biologist with USGS conducting research on integrated control techniques to manage invasive carp, including acoustic deterrents and bait and attractants. Jake first joined USGS in 2012 as an ecologist within the Comprehensive Sturgeon Research Program. Jake has previously conducted research including ecological requirements of threatened and endangered species, genetics, and ecological stream flows. He also has expertise in policy and regulation under the Clean Water Act.
