Jennifer McKay
Jennifer McKay is a biologist at the Bird Banding Laboratory (BBL), at the Eastern Ecological Science Center located in Laurel, MD.
Jen is currently the foreign banding scheme liason and responsible for coordinating exchanging encounter data with other countries. Other duties include: Encounter QAQC and News and Outreach.
