Analyze, design, develop, test and support applications for USGS Bird Banding Laboratory . Oracle DB, Postgres DB, Web Application Server, and Report services administration.

Bandit was the latest in a series of desktop applications aimed at helping bird banders manage and submit their data for banded birds of its time. Bandit was created by the Bird Banding Laboratory (BBL) at the USGS Patuxent Wildlife Research Center, Laurel, MD. Banders can now use the Bander Portal web application to submit their banding and recapture data.
