Dr. Kurt Kowalski (GLSC, Ann Arbor, Michigan) will deliver an invited presentation during a NISC Secretariat Policy & Law Community of Practice webinar titled, "Leveraging Partnerships: Lessons Learned from Regional Coordination Efforts," on November 27, 2018.  The presentation is titled, "Great Lakes Phragmites Collaborative: Coordination to Collective Impact." It briefly outlines the principles of Collective Impact and how they were adapted for the Great Lakes Phragmites Collaborative (https://www.greatlakesphragmites.net/).  Federal employees from across the NISC member departments will learn about and discuss large regional coordination efforts occurring throughout the nation.
