The New Mexico Water Science Center, one of 28 Water Science Centers in the Water Mission Area of the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), provides relevant, state-of-the-science water information to New Mexico and the Nation; addressing and informing questions framed by public policy, partner needs, and agency science priorities by applying the rigorous standards that characterize USGS science.
