EORES Release 6.7.2 User Release Notes

EORES is a relational database system architecture that provides an integrated web-enabled tool for end users to store EO user requirements, value tree information, and EO system capabilities and performance information. End users can display, edit, browse, and maintain this information using a graphical user interface as well as export any data that are in the architecture.

Feature Modifications

  • When end users are browsing EOS by GCMD, GCMD empty pathways no longer appear in the display.  GCMD pathways with no EOS connections will no longer be shown in the browse by GCMD.  EOR and EOS browse by GCMD behavior are now consistent.

Bug Fixes

  • When end users are entering data that contains the “<” or “>” symbols, the EORES GUI will no longer strip the content after the “<” symbol.  The striptags input filtering has been removed from all data inputs.  This means less than (<) and greater than (>) can be used without fear of text loss. (e.g. "valid for temperatures < 100 C and altitude > 1000 m" will be stored and displayed correctly)
  • When end users are using the Filter Builder, the "any" filter option will now use a logical "OR" for searching for requirements connected to VT nodes _OR_ products.  "All" will require all checked VT options to be present for a requirement to match.
  • When end users are filtering EOS by GCMD, the SQL error related to the browse mode has been addressed.  Regardless of which EOS browse mode is selected, filtering EOS on GCMD connections will no longer generate SQL errors.
  • When end users are browsing EOR by GCMD, the disconnected GCMD pathways will no longer appear in the display.
