Grassland bird nesting phenology for the midcontinent of North America

This data release provides county-level predictions of grassland bird nesting phenology across the midcontinent of North America as a GIS shapefile. Predictions are derived from species-specific models relating nest initiation timing to geographic location, vegetation phenology, and interannual weather variability, and include estimated nesting dates for multiple percentiles of the nesting season.
