February 22, 2019 - New Edition of Landsat Benefits Book Available for Download
A 2018 edition of a book that outlines the benefits of the joint NASA/USGS Landsat program is now available for download.

“Landsat: Benefiting Society for Fifty Years” includes an overview of the Landsat Program, Landsat 9 sensors and hardware, and pertinent technical details of the Landsat missions. Case studies outlining how Landsat data has been helped in studies relating to wildlife monitoring, water use, farm production, toxic algal bloom detection and ecosystem management are also included in the new publication.
The 2013 edition is also available to download from the NASA Landsat Science web page.
