During the government shutdown Landsat 7 and Landsat 8 continually acquired data that were downlinked and archived at USGS EROS. The data were processed to the initial Real-Time (RT) collection tier, however calibration updates to process the scenes into Tier 1 or Tier 2 (Landsat 7 bumper mode and definitive ephemeris; Landsat 8 thermal line of sight model) were not able to be performed.
