Charlotte Riggs, PhD

Charlotte Riggs is the Program Manager for the Land Change Science Program in the USGS Ecosystems Mission Area.

Charlotte’s background is in natural resources research, management, and policy. She earned her doctoral degree in Ecosystems Ecology from the University of Minnesota. Since then, she has worked for the University of Minnesota, the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, and the USGS Water Resources Mission Area.
