Enrika Hlavacek

Provides GIS support for the Geospatial Sciences & Technologies branch, including spatial analysis of biological resources data. Manages the GIS Lab to coordinate undergraduate student assistance on various geospatial tasks in support of UMESC science.

  • Database and visualization tool development for UMESC eDNA monitoring projects
  • Manipulating FluEgg (egg & larval drift simulation software) visualizations to inform barge entrainment of Asian carp eggs
