Albers Scenes contain 30-meter Collection 2 Level-1 data projected to the Albers Equal Area (AEA) map projection.
The creation of Collection 2 Level-1 Albers Scenes begins with Landsat Collection 2 Level-1 Tier 1 and Tier 2 data. Collection 2 Level-1 data are processed into the AEA map projection, after which science algorithms (see documentation links below) are applied to create the Level-1 Albers Scenes.
Collection 2 Level-1 Albers Scenes are available for the conterminous United States (CONUS), Alaska, and Hawaii.
