Refresher Supervisory Training

This course is designed to meet the Office of Personnel Management (5 CFR part 412) and Department of Interior requirements for refresher supervisory training every 3 years. This course builds a foundation in position management, improving employee performance, conducting employee performance appraisals, dealing with unacceptable performance, employee engagement and mentoring employees. Refresher Supervisory course is delivered upon request. The participant's cost center is responsible for their tuition.
