Aquatic Biodiversity Monitoring

The Pacific Northwest eDNA Lab is collaborating with multiple partners to improve aquatic biodiversity monitoring through eDNA methods, including at streamgages. We are currently working with USGS’s Ecological Flows (EcoFlows) Program and BLM's Assessment, Inventory and Monitoring Strategy (AIM) to assess the distribution of a wide range of species in wetlands and streams.
