Terrestrial Biodiversity Monitoring

The Pacific Northwest eDNA Lab is working with the BLM, National Park Service (NPS), and other partners developing eDNA methods to detect terrestrial species in water sources and in the terrestrial environment, such as from plant and soil substrates. These methods can be used to determine herbivory, pollination, and other plant-animal interactions.
