Integrated Environmental Health Science

The combination of our two long-standing programs - Contaminant Biology and Toxic Substances Hydrology - provides a unique portfolio of scientists, laboratories, field sites, expertise, and capabilities across the U.S. that work jointly to study sources, movement, exposure and effects of  contaminants and  pathogens in the environment and provide the science to help stakeholders protect our most precious resource—health.
