Submitted by Betty Palcsak, Colorado Water Science Center to Dorrie Gellenbeck, National Water Information Center
Hello friends,
I wanted to let you know that the official leadership class coin was passed to Dorrie today. She managed to wrangle (I live in Denver, I can use the term “wrangle”) those of us who work in the area for lunch. It's the first time since returning from Shepherdstown that we've gotten together, and I don't think it will be the last. I know I enjoyed getting together and sharing our post-Leadership 101 experiences thus far. I can safely say we are all surviving the sequestration fairly well; after all, in the words of Lew Wade, “it is about the excellence of the work.” I hope spring has sprung in your neighborhoods and that you are all doing well.
Take care,
Betty
