The Workforce Transformation Tracking System (WTTS) is a workforce management tool that provides functionality to perform workforce projections, planning scenarios, and reporting.

Functionality and Benefits

  • Provides linkage between the personnel action and the vacancy announcement so once a selection is made, information flows between the systems no longer requiring the manual entry of duplicative information.
  • Plan, report, and track activities of new hires.
