Who can I contact to report alleged harassment?
Anti-Harassment Program Manager
Jo-Ann Dominique, email@example.com, 916-995-3150
The supervisor of the employee engaging in alleged harassing conduct or any supervisor or management official.
Employees have multiple options for reporting allegations of harassment, one of which is contacting a supervisor/management official.
