Supervisor/Management Official

The supervisor of the employee engaging in alleged harassing conduct or any supervisor or management official.

Employees have multiple options for reporting allegations of harassment, one of which is contacting a supervisor/management official. Any employee who has been subjected to harassing conduct is encouraged to report the matter to the supervisor of the employee engaging in the harassing conduct, or another supervisor or other management official. In addition, employees who know of or witness possible harassing conduct directed at others are expected to report the matter.
