Michael E Wieczorek
Michael Wieczorek is a Geographer/GIS specialist for the Water Mission Area's Data Driven Drought Prediction Program and the National Hydrologic Geospatial Fabric Team.
Michael Wieczorek holds a B.S. in Geography from Towson State University (1991). He joined the U.S. Geological survey in 1992 as a GIS specialist for the National Water Quality Program working in that capacity to 2016. He is currently a GIS specialist for the Water Mission Area's Data Driven Drought Prediction Program and the National Hydrologic Geospatial Fabric Team.
Professional Experience
During his 28 year USGS career, Mike has provided GIS technical support applying his spatial skills to projects ranging in scale from local water-quality studies to landscape characterization for national-scale analysis and modeling.
