Locations

The USGS Southwest Regional Office is located in Sacramento, California. The USGS Southwest Region is composed of two Department of Interior Regions, 8 and 10. Interior Region 8, the Lower Colorado River, covers Arizona, southern California and southernmost Nevada. Interior Region 10, California-Great Basin, covers northern California, a small portion of southern Oregon, and most of Nevada.
