AGU25: Where Science Connects Us
Where to learn about Woods Hole Coastal and Marine Science Center research
AGU25 is the world’s largest annual Earth science meeting, bringing together more than 25,000 attendees from over 100 countries to share innovative research and foster global collaboration. If you’re at the meeting this year, attend presentations representing USGS research to learn more about our work and how we benefit the Nation.
The AGU25 Annual Meeting takes place 15-19 December 2025 in New Orleans, Louisiana. The meeting is attended by scientists, educators, policymakers, students, journalists, and communicators. These attendees share research, learn about new science, and explore opportunities for collaboration.
Though many of the scientists from the Woods Hole Coastal and Marine Science Center are not in attendance this year, our coastal and marine science portfolio will still be well represented, covering topics such as natural hazards, offshore energy, coastal and ocean mapping, and coastal storm modeling.
If you’re attending the AGU25 Annual Meeting, check out the list below to help make the most of your week! We’ve organized the Woods Hole Coastal and Marine Science Center’s oral and poster presentations by the day—indicating the title, presenter, USGS co-author(s), and what time and where the presentation is taking place.
