A summary of CMIP3 and CMIP5 climate change projections for the conterminous U.S. A summary of CMIP3 and CMIP5 climate change projections for the conterminous U.S.
This dataset includes model projections of seasonal temperature (T), precipitation (P), and runoff (R) from 214 climate simulations from coupled model intercomparison project (CMIP) 3 and CMIP5 scenarios for 19-year periods centered on 2030, 2060, and 2090. The summaries of the climate model projections are presented as percentiles (5th, 25th, 50th, 75th, and 95th) of seasonal (October...
Data set used to develop a conceptual framework for effectively anticipating water-quality changes resulting from changes in agricultural activities Data set used to develop a conceptual framework for effectively anticipating water-quality changes resulting from changes in agricultural activities
Agricultural activities can impact water quality and the health of aquatic ecosystems. A conceptual framework was developed that combined generalized concepts on the movement of water, the environmental behavior of chemicals and eroded soil, and the designed functions of various agricultural activities. The framework addresses the impacts on water quality of a broad range of agricultural...
Machine Learning Methods for Downscaling Stream Temperature Predictions, Tested in Eight Watersheds of the Conterminous United States Machine Learning Methods for Downscaling Stream Temperature Predictions, Tested in Eight Watersheds of the Conterminous United States
This model archive provides all data, code, and model outputs used in the corresponding manuscript (Barclay and others, 2026) to test machine learning (ML) methods for downscaling and multi-scale modeling of stream temperature to combine an ML model and/or input data at coarse spatial resolution with an ML model and/or input data at fine spatial resolution to predict stream temperatures...
Geospatial datasets of groundwater recharge potential derived by interpolation of airborne electromagnetic survey data, eastern Nebraska, 2007 - 2022 Geospatial datasets of groundwater recharge potential derived by interpolation of airborne electromagnetic survey data, eastern Nebraska, 2007 - 2022
Groundwater recharge potential was mapped using airborne electromagnetic (AEM) survey data collected over the glaciated part of eastern Nebraska. Groundwater recharge potential was mapped by calculating the Vertically integrated connectivity (VIC) for each AEM sounding along 18,000 line-miles of survey data. VIC values were interpolated to produce two versions of groundwater recharge...
Seismic Drum Records from the 1991 Eruption of Mount Pinatubo, Philippines: April 30 – June 17, 1991 Seismic Drum Records from the 1991 Eruption of Mount Pinatubo, Philippines: April 30 – June 17, 1991
Data set consists of scanned seismic drum records recorded at Mount Pinatubo between April 30 and June 17, 1991. The archive contains 145 drum records that recorded seismicity associated with the 1991 eruptions. These drum records are the only continuous seismic records produced from a local network of seismic stations. The images of the drum records are in JPG format.
High-resolution mapping survey data of nutrients and related water quality constituents in the San Francisco Bay Delta, Lake Oroville, and San Luis Reservoir at the landscape scale: 2015-2022 High-resolution mapping survey data of nutrients and related water quality constituents in the San Francisco Bay Delta, Lake Oroville, and San Luis Reservoir at the landscape scale: 2015-2022
Broad-area, high-resolution, boat-based water quality mapping surveys of the San Francisco Bay, the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta (Delta), Lake Oroville, and San Luis Reservoir were conducted at various times between April 2015 and April 2022. Each survey was conducted over the course of a single day. The region covered included the east-west axis of the San Francisco Bay Delta from the...
Polychlorinated biphenyls and per-and-poly-fluoroalkyl substances, elemental metal concentrations, percent organic carbon and fines, and microbial communities from sediment samples collected in best management practice (BMP) wet ponds in four Maryland cou Polychlorinated biphenyls and per-and-poly-fluoroalkyl substances, elemental metal concentrations, percent organic carbon and fines, and microbial communities from sediment samples collected in best management practice (BMP) wet ponds in four Maryland cou
This metadata record contains 5 tables of sediment concentration data used to assess correlations of land use with detections and concentrations of polychlorinated biphenyls, per-and- poly-fluoroalkyl substances, elemental metal composition, percent organic carbon and fines. Microbial communities were measured in each sample to identify the presence of dechlorinating microorganisms in...
High-resolution Topographic data, RGB orthomosiacs, and Digital Surface Models (DSMs) from Vaughn Canyon, Arizona, derived from 2020 and 2026 Uncrewed Aerial Systems (UAS) surveys High-resolution Topographic data, RGB orthomosiacs, and Digital Surface Models (DSMs) from Vaughn Canyon, Arizona, derived from 2020 and 2026 Uncrewed Aerial Systems (UAS) surveys
This dataset contains high‑resolution orthomosaics, digital surface models (DSMs), vegetation masks, and a DSM of Difference (DoD) quantifying topographic change in Vaughn Canyon, Arizona, between UAS surveys conducted in 2020 and 2026. The DSMs were generated from imagery captured using DJI Phantom and DJI M3M platforms and processed in Agisoft Metashape. Bare‑earth pixels were isolated...

This data release contains 40Ar/39Ar isotopic data for manganese oxides collected in the southern and central Appalachian Mountains of Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia. Furnace- and laser-heated analyses of cryptomelane separates from 84 samples are included, along with sample site location data.
High spatial resolution water quality data using the Fast Limnological Automated Measurements sensor platform in the Upper Mississippi River Basin pools 10-24 in 2024-2025 High spatial resolution water quality data using the Fast Limnological Automated Measurements sensor platform in the Upper Mississippi River Basin pools 10-24 in 2024-2025
In support of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Long Term Resource Monitoring Mississippi River program, water quality data were collected in 2024 and 2025 in the Upper Mississippi River Basin. Data were collected in 2024 to document spatial heterogeneity in water quality across seasons and hydrologic conditions with a focus on understanding patterns in chlorophyll. Additional data were...
