SPCMSC Geologic Core and Sample Viewer Web Mapping Application SPCMSC Geologic Core and Sample Viewer Web Mapping Application

The St. Petersburg Coastal and Marine Science Center (SPCMSC) Core Viewer is an interactive web mapping application of the center’s geologic core and samples database. The database contains a comprehensive inventory of geologic (coral, coral reef, limestone, and sediment) cores and samples collected, analyzed, published, and/or archived by, or in collaboration with SPCMSC.

National Archive of Marine Seismic Surveys (NAMSS) National Archive of Marine Seismic Surveys (NAMSS)

The National Archive of Marine Seismic Surveys (NAMSS) is a marine seismic reflection data archive consisting of data acquired by or contributed to U.S. Department of the Interior agencies. The USGS is committed to preserving these data on behalf of the academic community and the nation. Data are provided with free and open access.

National Water Information System (NWIS) Mapper National Water Information System (NWIS) Mapper

The National Water Information System (NWIS) Mapper provides access to over 1.5 million sites contained in USGS Water Data for the Nation, including sites where current and historical surface-water, groundwater, springs, and atmospheric data has been collected. Users can search by site type, data type, site number, or place.

National Ground-Water Monitoring Network (NGWMN) Data Portal National Ground-Water Monitoring Network (NGWMN) Data Portal

The NGWMN Data Portal provides access to groundwater data from multiple, dispersed databases in a web-based mapping application. The Portal contains current and historical data including water levels, water quality, lithology, and well construction.

StreamStats Application StreamStats Application

StreamStats provides access to spatial analytical tools that are useful for water-resources planning and management, and for engineering and design purposes. The map-based user interface can be used to delineate drainage areas, get basin characteristics and estimates of flow statistics, and more. Available information varies from state to state.

Dissolved Solids Sources, Loads, and Yields For the Conterminous U.S. Dissolved Solids Sources, Loads, and Yields For the Conterminous U.S.

Using the SPARROW (SPAtially-Referenced Regression on Watershed Attributes) model, long-term mean annual conditions for dissolved-solids sources, loads, and yields were predicted for nearly 66,000 stream reaches and their corresponding incremental catchments that drain the Nation.
